Our cattle are raised on open grass pastures in Southwest Missouri. Buy direct from a family owned and operated cattle ranch. Our cattle are bred for quality beef, eating quality green Missouri grass free of pesticides. Our family is here to provide our customers with healthy high quality beef. Dry aged 21 days to improve the flavor and tenderness of the beef.
Our beef is processed at a small local family USDA inspected plant a few miles down the road, one at a time. Every single carcass is carefully visually inspected and hand carved for high quality. The beef that you get from us is of the highest quality. You are what you eat it is important to know where your food comes from and how it is produced. Cattle were born to eat grass that is natural. Eating grass fed beef is good for you, so enjoy healthy beef that is full of dry aged flavor and goodness.
Our Return and Refund Policy…..If you are not fully satisfied with your beef order we will return your full payment for the order. We do not accept returns, beef is a perishable product. Please refer to the instructions with your packing slip or call or email us for details.

Delivery and Shipping Policy….We ship Fed Ex Home Delivery….in USA…48 states….our beef is dry aged for 21 days, cut, packaged and quick frozen to maintain freshness. We ship frozen from the ranch in shipping coolers with dry ice and will arrive at your door frozen. We ship Monday and Tuesday, please allow (3) to (4) business days for your delivery of in stock items. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped.
